By accessing or using Orderly ("the Service"), operated by Orderly LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Orderly is an AI-powered home organization platform that allows users to upload photos of their rooms and receive AI-generated organized versions along with product recommendations. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers, as well as one-time credit purchases.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Credit pack purchases are one-time payments and credits do not expire.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos through our AI system for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your uploaded photos with third parties.
AI-generated images produced by the Service are provided for your personal use. You may share your before/after results, but you may not resell AI-generated images as standalone products.
6. Product Recommendations
The Service provides product recommendations with links to third-party retailers such as Amazon. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program. We earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through our links. Product availability, pricing, and ratings are determined by the respective retailers and may change without notice.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The AI-generated room transformations are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be physically achievable. The Service does not provide professional interior design, architectural, or structural advice. Always consult qualified professionals for home renovation or structural changes.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Upload images containing minors, explicit content, or personally identifiable information of others without consent
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Locally saved data (such as saved spaces stored in your browser) is your responsibility.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
